Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY: If you're unable to keep your appointment we require NOT LESS THEN 48-HOURS NOTICE, before the reserved appointment date and time. Please notify us via WhatsApp or text to reschedule or cancel it (083 390 8422). Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48-hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the price of the scheduled service(s). Appointments that are missed without notice (no show) will result in a charge of 50% of the full price of the scheduled service(s).
